FIRING FURNACE
After the good results with ceramic rolls Diffusion furnace, Tecnofimes has realized a new "Firing furnace", in which, once again, is completely eliminate the metallic belt contamination and can be assured a better and more uniform heating profile.
A part the contamination, one of the main problem of metallic belt is the continuous heating up and cooling down, which is completely eliminate with Tecnofimes Firing Furnace due to the fact that rolls are static into the furnace. The length of the furnace is reduced and the high throughput is maintain.
Main advantages are:
- Sharp profile. The dynamic temperature profile is closed the static one because there isn't the temperature drugging effect coming from the metallic belt.
- Small footprint . Al the furnace is less of three meters long .
- Low power consume because the roller are static in their position so the furnace don't need to heat and cool continuously as in case of using the transport belt.
